We are committed to up holding the highest standards of ethics and compliance, adhering to the IFAC Professional Code of Ethics and those of the Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN),Institute of Chartered Accountants of Cameroon (ONECCA) and all applicable laws and regulations governing our global business, and our responsibility tounderstand, prevent, detect, and report non-compliance in the affairs of ourclients.

We respect our ethical and legal responsibilities to protect our clients’ confidential and proprietary non-public information. We treat our clients’ confidential information with care, preventing unauthorised access and refraining from exploiting proprietary or privileged information without client permission. In fact, we also have measures in place to maintain confidentiality even after employment ends thusrefraining from using this information for personal advantage.
