In this capacity the Firms qualifies to act as an Administrator statutorily or voluntarily for private estate, partnerships or corporate entities in need of revival because poor management for determined duration. In Cameroon, working very closely with the courts of law, we have the prerogative to act in the capacity of judicial administrators.
Liquidation is act of insolvency by corporate entities established by acompetent court of law or voluntarily by an AGM resolution. Meanwhile, bankruptcy is an act which sole trader or partnerships become insolvent and are unable to meet their legal obligations with third parties and declared by a competent court. Under either of these circumstances, Asah Alpha & Co could act as a liquidation in Nigeria or Cameroon.
